What is your return policy?

For a refund or exchange the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If your item arrived damaged or broken please call (620-624-1668) or email us (info@mygreentoy.com) and we will send you a call tag to return the item for a full refund or exchange.  

If the item is simply not what you were looking for please mail the item back to us with the receipt and a reason for the return and we'll give you a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be return undamaged to receive a refund and a twenty percent re-stocking fee may apply.
