What is your return policy?

For a refund or exchange the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If your item arrived damaged or broken please call (855-655-1709) or email us (info@mygreentoy.com) and we will send you a call tag to return the item for a full refund or exchange.  If the item is simply not what you were looking for please mail the item back to us with the receipt and a reason for the return and we'll give you a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be return undamaged to receive a refund and a twenty percent re-stocking fee may apply.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your item will leave our store within 2 business days.  UPS ground and USPS will take approximately 3-4 days.
How will my order be shipped?
You now have the the choice to choose your shipping carrier and service at checkout.  You have the choice between all UPS and USPS services.

Actually, MyGreenToy is a division of Keating Tractor & Equipment, a family owned and operated business since 1958.  We take your order and package the items ourselves.  We are located at 1900 W. 2nd Street Rd. in Liberal, Kansas.  Visit our other website keatingtractor.com or stop by if you're in the area.  We would love to meet you!
